Texas Tri-Dogs with Melissa Whan and Mark Montalvo offers endurance athletes a high intensity way of training.  We use a combination of crossfit, crossfit endurance, and traditional training to get you to your goal race.

What is crossfit?
It's a constantly varied, functional movements, high intensity strength training program. www.crossfit.com

What is crossfit endurance?
Cardio training tapping into your power and speed to success in endurance sports. In combination with crossfit, you will become stronger, decrease training time, and reduce injury while retaining your strength and lean muscle mass while training for long distances. www.crossfitendurance.com

Athletes can choose between the personal one-on-one training sessions, training plans only, group programs, or a combination of them.  Every personal level client will be coached through Training Peaks. For some, their goal is to finish a triathlon or just get in shape and for others it is a podium place.
