Who are we? San Antonio based fitness group. We are beginner to intermediate level athletes or those that want to be.
What do we do? We find a goal and achieve it! We provide a non-intimidating training environment and support each other along the way.
Where do we train? For the SA Rock n Roll Half Marathon program, we will be training out of Crossfit San Antonio, 9824 Mainland
When? Mondays and Wednesday nights a 7pm and Saturday mornings at 7am.
