Who are we? San Antonio based fitness group. We are beginner to intermediate level athletes or those that want to be.
What do we do? We find a goal and achieve it! We provide a non-intimidating training environment and support each other along the way.
Where do we train? CapTxTri training program will be in local parks and garage gyms.
When? Wednesday nights and Saturday mornings (some weeks change to Thursday night/Sunday morning)
