Melissa is an age-grouper with a true passion for endurance sports from triathlons, long distance running, and adventure racing. With over 20 years of experience in fitness, she enjoys sharing her enthusiasm with others who have an interest in endurance sports but do not know where to begin. She want to help motivate, encourage, and teach those with the desire to learn how to train like an endurance athlete.

Staying fit has always been important to Mark. With 20 years of experience in strength and conditioning, he has participated in several activities such as weight lifting, cycling, mountain biking, running, racquetball and scuba diving, just to name a few. When asked, “If you could only do one
activity, what would it be?” Mark said,”Workout”.
In 2008, Mark found CossFit and was instantly hooked. His passion and enthusiasm for helping athletes of all fitness levels led him to achieve his CrossFit Level 1 certification. He strongly believes that fitness is an attainable goal for everyone, regardless of their current level of fitness. He is extremely attuned to helping athletes that require modifications in their activities as he is also CrossFit Mobility certified.
Mark possesses a strong passion to help children maintain a positive image about fitness and runs a
CrossFit Summer camp for teens and pre-teens.
